Very nice palomino filly, she should make a great prospect. This filly will make a great addition to our broodmare band after she is trained to ride. However, we are offering her for sale because we have our core group of broodmares chosen for the forseeable future, all other prospects are offered for sale. Get this filly now before her price increases next spring when we start her undersaddle, if you've read this paragraph we will give you a $250 discount on her price, just mention this discount to us in your inquiry.

This filly had her feet trimmed, she leads, ties, beginning lunging, and she loads in the trailer. She will make an excellent riding, cutting, roping, or barrel prospect.

We will consider a trade on this filly however we are looking for something very specific, cremello-perlino-smoky cream mare, we will consider dunalino, dunskin mares as well, however I reserve the right to ask for color testing before finalizing any deals. Other multiple color genetics acceptable but mare must carry 2 cream or cream and dun. NO geldings or stallions will be considered. NO other colors will be considered.


Purchase Policy:
** For final payment We accept CASH only - no personal checks or cashier's checks. We also accept Bank Wire transfers.
** First cash in hand buys the horse I will not hold without a deposit, no exceptions.
** For deposits we require 1/3 of the asking price. We will consider cashier's checks and money orders for the deposit, however, because so many people say they are mailing a deposit and never do we will not hold the horse without cash in hand. It may be in your best interest to send me a bank wire or use Paypal, we will not hold a horse just because you say you are sending money, we must have proof you intend to purchase the animal before we consider the horse "sale pending" First cash in hand buys the horse, sorry no exceptions. A deposit will hold a horse for 15 days no boarding costs. After 15 days there is a $10 per day boarding charge. All fees must be paid in full prior to taking possession of the horse. After 90 days, if fees are not paid in full and horse picked up full ownership will return to MicBel QH with all rights to resell. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE!
** We will entertain payments, however keep in mind that boarding fees will apply on all horses except pre-weaned foals.
** Quoted prices are honored for 10 days from the day of the quote, if you do not place a deposit or purchase the horse during those 10 days you will need to ask for a new quote. Just because you speak with me today does not mean the horse will be the same price in 10 days, if I put time in training the animal, the price is subject to reflect that.
** REGISTRATION PAPERWORK **
Per AQHA "According to AQHA rule 224 (f) (1) "Seller's Responsibility: the owner of record at the time of sale has the responsibility for completing an AQHA transfer in its entirety and for delivery of it to AQHA. The seller must provide on the transfer report the correct name and registration number of the horse, date of sale, name and address of buyer, and signature and address of seller. The seller shall immediately deliver the transfer form, along with the registration certificate, to AQHA, along with any other documents required to complete the transfer of ownership. Payment of the required fee as specified in rule 222 shall be a matter of private negotiation between the buyer and seller and maybe paid by either of them, but such fee must accompany the transfer, with the membership status of the buyer determining the applicable transfer fee".

In the past we have trusted the buyer to transfer paperwork, however, because too many buyers have failed to follow through after the sale and send in transfers, and AQHA rules expressly states that the owner of record is responsible for submitting transfers, Seller will now send in all paperwork to AQHA and will pay member transfer fee of $15.00. It is the responsibility of the buyer to be a current AQHA member. **If Buyer is not a current AQHA member and does not wish to become one, please be prepared to add $55.00 to the purchase price for non-member transfer fees. Buyer may opt out, speak to me about terms. Current AQHA members should expect to receive registration papers from AQHA in their name within 4-6 weeks of purchase. We mail the paperwork within 5 business days of sale.
