We purchased this mare
in 2003, along with 2 of our other mares as weanlings. I had no idea when I purchased this mare that she would turn out to be the mare she
is today, great minded, easy going and probably the favorite of our vet for handling. Zans Shining Lady is broke to ride and has been a
favorite riding mare, in 2008 she produced a beautiful palomino filly and in 2010 she has certainly out done herself, she has produced
an outstanding buckskin colt by
Zans Smokin Bay. This cross will be 25% Zan Parr Bar blood and should make an excellent
working horse as well as a potential future breeding prospect for Two Eyed Jack crosses. I expect this foal to be quick and agile, sure
footed and great minded not to mention be able to spin like a top. This foal is proving to be everything we had hoped he would be, Zans Shining
Lady is bred back to Zans Smokin Bay for a 2011 foal, we expect another great prospect!
